At Object Next Software we undertake a three step recruitment process.

Apply for a job at Object Next Software by emailing your resume. Job listings can be found on this site and outline how to apply for each vacant opportunity. This application will be reviewed by the Object Next Management team, and successful candidates will be invited to move to step two in our recruitment process. - HR Interview
The second step in the process is an interview with our HR team. This is usually a telephone interview and will be used to check your communication skills, your fit within the company, and your understanding of the role and our organization. - Technical Interview
If you are invited to the third stage of the recruitment process, you will attend an interview with members of the Object Next technical and management team. This interview will help determine your skills and expertise and how your skills match with the profile we are looking for in new team members.
