UNIVERSITY OF NEW SOUTH WALES manages agents the Easy way

The University of New South Wales (UNSW) International Office had an agent network. They just needed a more consistent way to manage it. Like many universities they were using a variety of modes to liase with their agents including email, phone calls, fax and different online systems.
